I really don't think i need to run this thing at 21000/rpm with a 1/8" ballnose bit for cutting. The decibel level is about twice that of say 10000/rpm. How slow can i run this router to cut litho's?

Jack: There is no reason to ever cut at that high an rpm-I will standardly run my spindle at around 12k for cutting corian and/or most woods.

I bought a PC7518 from some "JackLeg" off ebay and was sent a 7519 (single speed) and this thing SCREAMS! I live in a neighborhood and need to be able to run it late and my 7539 on my legacy is quiet in comparison.
