Kip -

You mentioned in a previous you said -

"'til I figured out how to make "micro" adjustments to the Z. I made a set of "Turn-buckle style" rigs and mounted them on two sides of my Z axis. Now I can dial it in with relative ease. It also helps stiffen the Z in case I run into something accidentally"

I have been playing with this ideal as well and wanted to know if you could provide pics or more details of your setup.

Thanks,
Kevin

I'm not real camera tech savvy, but I'll try to do that sometime soon. Kip

Thanks,
Kevin

Hey Kevin, Sorry I forgot about you. I had to readjust mine yesterday and I thought about taking some pics. I'll do my best to get some up in a day or two.

Sounds great. I cut a lot of lithophanes and being just a hair off drives me crazy. Thanks and looking forward to the pics.
If they are too large to post, you can email them to directly.
Thanks,
Kevin

Sorry I haven't gotten those pics posted yet. My internet has been screwy, but I did finally take the pictures. Hopefully I can post them soon.
