Files made in PW2.5 don't cut

So somone(s) helped me with my last issue regarding files made in PW 2.5

now I have the files and they are in inches

when I run the file on the machine it just parks itself on the 0,0 mark, lowers the spindle and the x and y axis indicators start counting, but the gantry doesn't move.

files made in PW1.x all still work fine

also I noticed that the PW 2.5 files don't prompt me with the "continue" message, just going straight to the turn on the cutter message.

anyone know what's up?

Are you using the same post processor as you used in 1.x?

I'd load one of the working SBP files and one of the non-working SBP files into the editor and have a look at the difference.

Off the top of my head I can't think what would cause such a dramatic loss of movement but the differences in the files should be pretty clear.

Has to be post processor if the old files still work. Is it going to preview mode on the console?
