From the frame, I put 3/4" plywood for support. What is next? Was going to put laminent to make airtight from underside. Put 3/4" MDF and Groove pattern, and seal edges or would you ise plywood? 1/2" Trupann for spoiler board surfaced both sides? Could you just use the " Brady board on top of laminent?

Hi Martin
But a good quality plywood down first then 3/4 double sided melamine , cut your plenum in to it and then a 3/4 mdf toplayer that gets surfaced on both sides.
Do a search on this on here and you will find tons of info on this .
