These are signs for a residential rental complex. We didn't get photos of the unit numbers but the project consisted of a monument at the entrance, office emergency contact information, a couple driveway entrance directional signs, and several building number signs. The design was generated by Whitney, here at Wellhouse Woodworks in collaboration with the client to meet their budget and desired "harbor feeling" for a newly purchased complex not far from the Lake Michigan shore. Wish the photos were better but you'll get the idea.
Signs were made from a variety of materials including an EPS/Stucco monument base, medex sign back board, PVC letters and small signs, HDU logo, and painted with Acrylic latex on monument, and polyurethane custom colors on the component parts.
Hope you enjoy them

Guess today is photo catch up day. This sign is a logo blade sign which is part of a larger project we will finish over the next few weeks.
It hangs off the corner of a new city bar called West End.
You guessed it, on the West side of Chicago about 2 blocks from Oprah Winfrey's studio/TV show.
Its about 44" in diameter made from a PVC core sandwiched between outer skin in black Di-Bond and edgebanded with Di-Bond. The W is clear cut through with a 3 layer Plexiglass insert in between. The outer plexi layers are V carved on the inside surfaces with the W profile matching the outside perimiter of the W clear cut to reflect more light, then edge lighted with L.E.D's. That little plastic bag you see is the transformer before being hooked up.
See through by day, glowing by night.
Mounting pole is powder coated steel with internal bracket support inside the di-bond/PVC construction
The next phase includes textured black background with prismatic HDU letters in a gold finish. We'll post those when we get it done.
