can anyone give me some advise on the Mega art collections available at vectorart.com
I was wondering what is the best one to buy. I have alot of other vector art but need some more. Our main use for artwork is going to be signs and pet artwork (dogs, cats, etc.) I have been reviewing it online but thought I would ask for some opinions.
Thanks in advance,
Glen

I found it to be cheaper here, buy what you need.

The first Mega Art is probably the most useful and wide ranging. The others more supplemental.
While the link Gean provided may have any clipart you need, the MA clips have such an advantage over any other source I have found...they are very close to being ready to cut. Very little or no cleanup or prep needed.

Gean,
Thanks for the resource tip.
I have been looking for a site where I can buy specific images and not a whole book of unknown images.

My dad said clipart use to free all over the net until they found a use to sell its.
Mostly all vinyl sites use to have 100s if not 1000s of free clipart for downloading and now like everything else there’s a price.
We have over 2 million in our collection that my father collected over the years so if you’re looking for that something you can’t find let me know and I will shoot it your way.

You can buy just the single file pieces from the mega collection and any other vectorart.com image from their site. This allows you to just buy them as you need them. I know so far to date I have not used enough out of the book to equal if i would have bought them one at a time.

I bought the Vector Art Vol. 1 Mega Collection through signwarehouse.com (http://www.signwarehouse.com/CAV-p-CA-VCTR-MEGA1.html). The price was a better fit with my budget. They were fast and pleasant to deal with.

Be VERY careful when getting files from some of sites that offer lots of free graphics files and clipart for download. Some of those sites are loaded with spyware and other malware...it's the way they support the site.

I have an extra copy of the VectorArt Mega Collection Volume I. It has the .ai and .eps formats but not the .dxf format (this one is from before the .dxf files were included). The book is in new condition with the disc still sealed in its pouch. I'll sell it for half the cost of new. E-mail me if interested.
