Folding bench with backrest

Anyone have or seen any ideas for a folding bench with a backrest? I am looking for something that can be setup and removed easily for event seating. Thanks.

I designed this folding bench for a client who required that it slide under the drop leaf dining table when not in use. She loved it. It allowed more space in her small room and yet accomodated many people when needed.
