I have a friend that wants me to cut some circles from .090 sign grade alum with the bot and also engrave a logo into the center of the circles. These will be polished and mounted to some car wheels. I'll design and toolpath with Vcarve. What would be the best plan of attack for something like this? Regarding type of bits, spindle speed, movement speed, etc... I am just looking for a starting point from someone who has cut and engraved aluminum before.

There is lots of information if you use the search function, or download the google toolbar and search this site like this: Cutting Aluminum Search (http://tinyurl.com/29vm8x)
