I am in need of a 1/8" router collet. For my Milwaukee, I have 1/2" & 1/4", but have a job of engraving coming up. Any ideas on where to find one?
Thanks!

Check out the Dremel bit section at the hardware store . they sell an addapter from 1/4 to 1/8 with a couple of bits in it for about $6.00- 7.00 that will fit your 1/4 " collet.

Bud, ENCO sells a nice ER-11 1/2" shank Stubby collet chuck, PN 308-0018. It used to be on sale for $49.95.

A 1/8" ER-11 ER Series Spring Collet can be purchased for $17.95, PN 891-6984. A 1/4" collet is also $17.95 and it is PN 325-1515. It will run in a 3HP router very well. I don't think the Dremel stuff is up to the heavy duty use in a Milwaukee. Nor will it hold for long.

Spellman makes a great little adapter. The nice thing is that your bit comes out easily when you are done. All the other ones I have tried put a death grip on the bit that is hard to loosen.

Click on the link on the above page for individual bushings.

I have a slightly different application and as a regular customer of Enco's, elected to go with their double angle collets and chucks,
