New Shopbot and WOW!

I just wanted to THANK Shopbot for making their new tool SO MUCH NICER! I was a Shopbotter from a long time ago (original cable drive) and have moved up to a new PRT and all I can say is WOW! The machine and the company has come a LONG WAY since the early days!

I have not assembled the machine yet (just got it yesterday), but read through the updated manual, checked over the new controller box, the new stepper motors, the accessories (prox switches, Zero plate, and E-stop buttons) and all I can say is Shopbot has come a long way in 5 years!

That is good to hear. I just ordered my machine, PRT96, yesterday. Figured I would bite the bullet and ordered the index drive as well. The next few weeks are going to seem like eternity. Really looking forward to cutting my first piecies.

I should mention it is comments like yours, Dale Kerr and Rob Skittelworth that helped me make the purchase decision.
