David:
1) Go to the node editing mode
2) select the vector you want to "de-curve"
3) select a curved segment (not the node)
4) right click
5) use the option "to line"
6) repeat 2-5 until done.
7) select unnecessary nodes
8) right click
9) select "delete"
10) repeat 7-9 until the vector is what you want
Hope that helps!
It took me a while to figure out how to get all the power out of the node editing mode. If you use it a little bit you will get the hang of it.
Good luck David

Woops I forgot to do node editing, select the cursor with the little box on it in the middle of the three cursors under "edit vectors".

Thanks Dana for the response but what I realy would like to do is to smooth out a curve. we get alot of paper templets. We then pick points off the templet say every 3 inches .This generates a jaged curve . Is thare a way to smooth this curve in P.W . Tubo Cad has this ability .
Thanks Dave

David you are welcome.
I suggest you use whatever is easiest for you, if TurboCad will do the job real easy, do it there, and transfer it to PW as a DXF file, then you are done.
In the case of PW, you can convert any linear segment to a Bezier curve and adjust the control points until you get the fit you desire. The technique should be fairly obvious once you go through the steps I outlined before, these options are in the same right-click menus.
