Looks like white foam to me

?
Sorry, I had too much coffee this morning.

I would have to see a closeup.
Usually this type of stuff is made of depron. Eps (expanded polystyrene) does not lend itself well to carving like Dow blue foam.

Got this pic off the SHopbot Prototypeing section so I'm assumeing that these were made on a Bot. Is EPS like Styrofoam? or something different?

Yes EPS is the white beaded styrofoam that makes a mess in the shop when cut.

THis stuff actually looks like its a hard crunchie foam sort of like the stuff they use for flower arrangements, rather than stryofoam.

I think this design board or precision board 25 lbs HDU I bought a 4x8 sheet 1" thick a while back and that was 250.00 bucks . Kind of spendy but it carves verry nice on the bot .If you have a N. Glance & son in your neek of the woods then give'em a call .

If these are "real" keyboards, they are probably made out of Polystyrene - the same stuff commonly used for dashboard knobs in vehicles, computer and monitor cases, etc.
Polystyrene is familiar to most of us in an "air infiltrated" (expanded) form - that's what disposable "styrofoam" coffee cups are made from.
Polystyrene that is NOT air infiltrated is much smoother and denser. We use it a lot for making stencils in our sign business.
If these keyboards are not real, it's anybody's guess: could be some type of injection molded, vacuum formed, or machined polymer-based product like HDU, but there are LOTS of possibilities.
