I'm getting close to buying a bot to cut frameless cabinet parts. What size Router/Spindle should I be considering for cutting 3/4 plywood and melamine?

32mm...
We have the HSD 4 HP spindle. For a professional shop, I wouldn't recommend any smaller. This should allow you to maintain moderate to high cutting speeds in most any materials with virtually any bit. This assumes PRSalpha platform with sufficiant vac hold down.
If your production load is higher than the equivalent of a couple kitchens a week, you may want to go larger. Add an air drill for 5mm boring and you should be all set.

Gary has got it.
One of the other big costs you should look at is hold down. I have a 15HP Roots blower with 5 zones.
I am glad I have it. I just can't see any other type of hold down in a cabinet shop. (clamps, nails, etc.)
Ditto:
Thats the same setup I run and it works good. I was told that the air drill was no longer available for a prt alpha? If it is i am intrested in one and the 15 hp roots blower does good also. The only Problem i have with the roots blower is it wakes up the dead . Just joking but it definately loud..

It is loud, but works great.
I plan on moving it to the roof when I get an extra $1k. 15HP starter, wiring, stand, cover, piping.
It also adds a lot of heat to the shop that I don't need right now.
