Polyspede VFD?

Would like to get a single phase in- 3 phase out VFD for our 5 hp Columbo. I see that Polyspede is making both a 5hp and 7.5hp VFD/inverter now(sold at driveswharehouse.com).

Does anyone have experience with the Polyspede brand, good or bad? Thanks.

Sorry no experience with that brand. Just a note to remember to upsize the VFD when used single phase. I believe ratio is 1.7 to 1.

I've had the Polyspede 7.5 Hp single-phase unit for 2 years now. It is used to run my regenerative blower so I can vary the speed. Its been running fine. The thing looks like a de-rated 15 Hp unit.
