Nice Job Danny. I just made a somewhat similar sign for a friend who has a sawmill. It had the sawtooths on both ends of the sign with his name and "Saw Mill" area cleared in the center. It wasn't as big as yours though.

Are your leatters applied or area cleared from the material? I like the detail of the carbide tips, neat. What material is that made out of?

MDF.. Letters are 1" mdf. I cut out letters in saw blade to recess them. then the saw blade itself is 3/4" mdf machined down to .50 but I left the caqrbide tips high for effect.

My buddy ED made the blade for me, I was going to use a clock gear dxf I had and he told me "hang on" and whipped it up for me.
