Part Wizard v3 and vista

Can anyone tell me if the Shopbot Contol Software 3.4.26 and Part Wizard v3 will work on Vista. XP seems hard to find these days. I plan to upgrade to Partworks but want to get the machine up and running in its orginal configuration first. I purchased the machine used. It is a Prt Alpha.

I have SB and Part Wizard v2 working on Vista. I didn't have any issues with Shob Bot, but microsoft software doesn't run very well on Vista. If you do a search you will find several threads on this exact question. Check to see how several of the shops have set up Vista to assure there are few problems.

I have had both running on Vista, but only on my design computer in preview mode. MWave still has XPPro for $130. http://www.mwave.com/mwave/viewspec.hmx?scriteria=AA15070&RSKU=AA15070
Thats what we have on the Control Computer
