I know this is "simplistic" but it was really quick to do, and fun.

This shelf system comes from 2 sheets of 3/4 plywood with very little waste. The two ends and two sides, and the top 9" wide shelf come from one sheet. The 12",15",and 18" shelves come from the second sheet.

The end pieces are pocketted to accept the shelves, and the center supports are cut thru. I used a 1/4 Onsrud Upcut.

The shelves I simply ripped on a tablesaw and rounded the edges. They could be cut on the Bot too.

I made the shelves to stack my scripture mottoes on (making plaques is one of my main uses for the Shopbot). But I think they would be useful for workshop storage, etc. Depending what you're storing a 5 shelf variation might be in order.

If anyone wants my .CRV file I'll be glad to email it to you. It's the least I can offer for all the help this forum has given me.

Nice functional design Gerald - actually, I bet lots of folks would like to see your plaques and signs - how about some photos and details of them please.

Thanks, Pete
