A couple of signs

I don't consider myself a sign maker but a couple were needed. My first use of the aspire inlay feature and it was very smooth. Wooden Needle sign is maple with a mahogany needle. Tree house sign is pine. Letters are white solid surface material - spray painted on the Wooden Needle sign.

It looks like an inly in an inlay. I assume you cut out the trough for the needle and inlaid the needle. Then for most inlays they are flat to the surface so did you have a seperate toolpath to cut the relief of top part of the needle?
Then it looks like you inlaid the lettering in the needle....am i right? very nice.

Jack - You are correct, it is an inlay in an inlay but no separate toolpath - there was some air cutting in the letter toolpath where there was no needle...
