5 piece cabinet door parts

Hey all, anyone doing 5 piece doors on the bot. I cut and shaped the panels which were RPCT. I am thinking of using the bot to do the rail cut because of small pieces for the crown tops. I was wondering if anyone has done this and what jig did they make. I am in a time crunch to trial and error out a design for the jig. Any ideas????

I dont do them on the bot unless their a single piece door, all 5 piece i use a Weaver 3 shaper setup, and worth every dime.

I may use the bot to cut a template for an arched top 5 pc. door, but will do the actual cutting on the shaper.

Hey Guys, I usually use the shaper as well for 5 piece doors. I ended up still using the shaper and just using the bot to cut out the profile for the crown top of the panels. A couple of them were quite narrow and cutting the rail profile on the arch was going to be hard but ended up making a special hold down jig to get it done. Weaver setup is nice for doors and wish I had the space for three shapers. I have two and just change one cutter. Thanks
