Does anyone know where you can buy 1/16" bits. Used mostly for foam or wood signs.
Sometimes 1/8" is too big.

Try Whiteside...I bought a few from them a few years ago. I can;t remember if I had to go through a dealer though.

I just bought some from CarbideSelect

I've only slightly used a couple so far but no problems.

Does porter cable make an 1/8" colet to fit those bits?

Andre, I don't think PC makes less than a 1/4" collet. ENCO has a ER-11 1/2" shank Stubby Collet Chuck (308-0018) for $67.27 and a ER-11 1/8" ETM Brand Spring Collet (891-6984) for $17.80. They also have a 1/4" collet (325-1515) for the same price.

ENCO, MSC and McMaster-Carr have 1/8" and even smaller end mills if you need them. They break real easy so you may want to order several!

Only $8.95 for a Spellman 1/16" to 1/2" adapter. They work great and release the cutter when you are done; no more struggling to get the cutter out of the collet.
