Project Wizard

In looking around Shopbot's home website I came across the "Project Wizard" pages, and tried to download a file. However, it keeps rejecting my login, even though I cut-n-pasted my email address and password from the registration email Shopbot sent me when I signed up. Anybody able to break the code for me?

I've never been able to get it to work either. Sent a few emails to support, never heard back. I gave up, designed my own saw horses
