ShopBot Tech Support is available by email or phone during normal business hours. After hours and on weekends or holidays we periodically check email and phone messages until about 9pm EST. The ShopBot Forum, here, is a great place for help with CNC applications, projects, techniques, and resources. However, we don’t recommend it for questions that are explicitly about technical issues or technical problems because of the range of functional differences in the various versions of our tools. Tech Support does not monitor this forum. So, if you are having a problem or need tech support, please email or give us a call. Look in the software under ‘Help’ for instructions on how best to access Tech Support.
