using "larger area clearance tool" for first time.

carving with three tools , throws a toolpath error when i export the file from vcarve to tool. also will it tell me to change tools? how do i run this program? thanks

Sounds like you may not be using a TC (Tool Change) post. Choose a different Post Processor from the list such as "Shopbot TC(Inch)(*.sbp)" when saving the toolpath with "output all visible toolpaths to one file" checked.
