Buddy aluminum slab vs powerstick

Does anyone know what year SB made the switch from the aluminum slab on the Buddy to the powerstick o my table. Also when they went from the bolt on rails to the press in v rails?

2008 seems to be the last gen that had the aluminum table. The press in v rails seemed to have started right after that when the power stick went also to gen 2.
