Can't post a photo

I just tried to post a project. I can't get the photo to upload. The photo is only 72 KB.

At 72kb, it Should load
Just for kicks and giggles try resizing slightly smaller and try again?
I once had a low resolution in Portrait orientation and it wouldn't eat it......made it next default smaller, and it ate it.

What format? On vectric forum people have had problems occasionally with .jpeg. Maybe try converting it to .jpg if so?
