Shop Bot Prt Standard Data Error

I just got this shopbot prt standard somewhat setup with the estops and motors connect and I keep getting DATA ERROR I click ok and a few seconds later it reappears. I was able to move the motors but after a few seconds I get Unexpected Error - Comm then Run-Time 401 :
Cant show non-modal form when modal form is displayed and then finally 2 more Data Errors. I will attach a pictures. Thanks in advance Hunter!
