Reset button not engaging relays/input 4

Input 4 won't turn off, I'm not getting the click sound of the relays engaging. I've tried shutting off and on power from breaker box, turning on and off the little key on the front of the control box door, I even unplugged and plugged back in 3-Button pendant and both E-stop inside the control box...but the VFD won't turn on...any ideas?

Check your E-Stops for dust inside that may be contaminating the contacts. Open them up, blow them out, and spray some contact cleaner in and around the switches. Blow them out and try again.
